What's for dinner?!?!

I decided it would be fun to post what we are having for dinner every night! Well maybe just because I LOVE what we're having for dinner tonight and want to share my recipe with others! :)

So for dinner tonight....Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie!! Oh yum!

Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

2 extra large frozen pie crusts (9 5/8 inch pans)
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 chicken breasts
2 10-1/2 ounce cans of turkey or chicken gravy
2/3 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk

Thaw pie crusts. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Cook chicken in oiled skillet, 10 minutes per side. Cube chicken. Set aside 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Mix all ingredients (less the 1/2 cup cheese) in a large mixing bowl. Put half of the mixture into one of the pie crusts. Top it with the rest of the cheese. Then take the other pie crust and remove it from the tin and place it on the top of the filled crust. Now, use your fingers to connect the two pie crusts by smashing them together along the sides. Bake at 450F for 25-30 minutes.

*I put the other half of the miture in the fridge covered with some foil. Then you have another chicken pot pie for the next night! Or if you want, you can make two pies at once or you can even pour the leftover mixture into another pie crust and freeze it. It tastes just as good once cooked, it just take about an hour to cook. :)

This is delish! And it's also a good way to use some of that Kraft cheese you got from the $5 off 5 Kraft coupon!
